Has lived in inland Washington state and inland Oregon for the majority of it's life. Is now located in Placerville where we have it hangared in our facility. Some light damage in 2010, all repaired by one of Wipline's preferred mechanics. The 182 had gone over on it's back and was repaired at Wipline in Minnesota. They are a premier repair station with jigs from the factory and actually make the plane like factory new if they need repair. This 182 went there and was repaired back to "new".
"A Note About Damage - The repairs done for damage were nothing compared to this, in comparison. Because a plane has "damage history" does not mean that its airworthiness is affected. In fact, the parts on the plane are newer than when it originally came with, so that's a plus. Although properly repaired (Just as the FAA mandates and ensures), this plane was in a much higher state of disassembly in 2003, while being built. All the pieces were spread across a hangar floor and not even together yet. Then, in 2004, there was an entire plane in one piece
No corrosion, no hail and complete logs.
