This is a very well nice and well-maintaining aircraft that has been flown several times a week by a traveling physician who does not cut any corners on maintaining costs. It flies well and very responsive. The wing leveler works with heading bug. It cruises at about 105 knots @2300 rpm and burns about 8 gph. It burns a quart of oil about every 12 hrs. It's a good airplane for any one; especially, for a low-time pilot or trainer.
Total airframe time is 10637 hrs at the last annual (May 03, 2016). The followings were replaced or rebuilt: Nose Landing Gear Fork Assy. Nose Struct Rebuild Kit, Retainer Ring, All aircraft flight control pulleys, balance cable pulley inner and outer bearing, rigged ailerons, forward muffler Assy, Aft muffler Assy, All new mapco exhaust gaskets, Left and right MLD Brake linings, parking brake cylinders, left engine cowling mount bushing, lower right inboard wing asking and rib cracks, oil/fuel hoses.
