Logbooks start in 2005, with a detailed entry using previous owners receipts and FAA database details - a very comprehensive annual was completed at that time - Contact us and we can send you the link to view the logbooks!
The gentleman who bought it in 2005 was older and after many years of trying to fly again and re-attain his medical, he eventually gave up and decided to sell the aircraft. It was sitting in a hangar in Denver the entire time, and he stated he would go out and run it from time to time, but it did not receive annuals or fly until October 2016, when it received a detailed annual and transponder certification. We picked it up from there and flew it to us in New Jersey. It ran very well, with only minor squalks with the #2 radio display and autopilot inop.
A/C has been removed.
Overall, this is a nice Archer that can be purchased at a much-reduced price!
