purchased new, always kept outside w/custom cover, It now has approx. 660 Hrs Tach time on engine and frame, it istotally equipped for IFR and VFR training w/ 430 Garmin, all std equip., newbattery 2007, last annual January 2009, it has the Sensenich prop model72-CK-0-48 s/n K8593 and in addition it has engine primer system installed. Allmaintenance records available. 100 hr inspections were done regularly. Airplanein average condition and flies excellent. No damage history recorded. Plane islocated at SYI (Shelbyville) in middle TN. Nice personal Airplane.
