All new double-shielded low-loss cables and wire used throughout, as well as all existing nav/com/pulse antennae removed, inspected for corrosion, and replaced and re-sealed with all new elements. Over $170,000 expended across 14 month program of retrofitted avionics equipment to make this Baron 58P the safest, best equipped, and most intelligently designed Baron panels flying today. All equipment selections were based on “best-in-class” determination, utilizing predominantly Garmin, L3, Honeywell and Bendix/King. Full engineering and design drawings are available, as well as all new wiring diagrams. Phase I was completed in April, 2007, Phase II just completed in June, 2008. This was designed with “open architecture” for easy upgrade at minimum cost when the ADS-B/In-Out standards are set and equipment is made available.
