EXTERIOR

Exterior is rated (7), paint is good but some bare spots
on the leading edge of the tail surfaces.

INTERIOR

Interior: All leather, including headliner (8).
Glass: Windshield has some scratches and minor crazing.

REMARKS

Annual: completed in May 2008
Aircraft is hangared.
While aircraft hangared, the hangar door came
off tracks and impacted one prop blade and right wing.
The protocol called for an engine teardown although
the engine was NOT running. The entire top end of
the engine was replaced and a new prop installed.
The right wing was repaired by AMERICAN AVIATION and repainted.
