Exterior & Interior:

The paint and interior are both about average for the year, the paint would look great with a good buffing! The upper cowling has two small patches (both of which have never been painted), and the rudder trim tap has paint flaking off.. Other than that she looks pretty good!

The interior is clean and in nice shape, the two front seats have non-matching seat covers, but the pilot seat does match the rear seat.. (A nice pair of seat covers would take care of that!)

The headliner and carpeting are in nice shape as well!

Overall this 172 could be a wonderful Instrument trainer/time builder, or just simply a great airplane to economically enjoy flying!
