Fresh Annual with sale
Fresh static system check, all 337 for all avionic and supplements to flight manuals
Aircraft flight manual up to date, all instruction manuals for the GNS 430 and
S-Tech flight guidance system are with aircraft paperwork.


Engine was overhauled at 2000 hrs all steel parts approved for return to service by approved shop, work orders in log books all yellow tags in log books. Engine case sent out to be reworked approval data in log books. List of new parts in engine in log book with work orders, crankshaft is standard never ground, crankshaft not affected by AD note year of manufacture, new Slick magnetos, new Prop Governor, new oil lines to oil cooler, new engine mount bushings, engine heater, Rieff cylinders and oil sump.


This is a great flying aircraft and very economical to fly. Gives a good true 138 knots, would make good instrument trainer for good trainer for people who would like to fly a retractable aircraft with constant speed prop, or a good trouble free personal aircraft. This aircraft is ready to fly!!
