Interior: Light tan, fabric seats. New, custom built cabin table. Seating for six, including pilot. Rated a 5.
Exterior: White top, forest green bottom, with gold stripes. Paint is very nice. Good boots all around. Rated 7.
Inspection Information: Near completion of annual as of 10 July 2009. No major finds.
Damage History: Partial gear collapse in 2002, while flown Part 135. Props were overhauled and entire aircraft was inspected to Part 135 standards, and ultimately returned to Part 135 service. Reinforced ice panels on nose have small chips from slung ice. Structure remains intact.
Remarks: This beautiful 340 was flown by the US Forestry Service, Part 135. In the last year, all cables have been recalibrated, and the aircraft inspected to very tight standards. It is in perfect working order.
