  • The JT15D-5D produces a static takeoff thrust of 3,045 pounds at sea level, up to 80 °F. Featuring a new, high efficiency exhaust nozzle, the -5D has a bypass ratio of 2.1 to 1. The -5D permits a maximum engine fan speed (N1) of 100% and a maximum engine turbine speed (N2) of 97%.
