This aircraft was sold new by AVEX, in 2004. The aircraft has been maintained under Chapter 5 of the Socata Maintenance Manual since new, all maintenance has been done on time and there is no mandatory requirement that has been deferred on this aircraft. The warranty on the engine expires in 2009.

The aircraft has always been hangared and both the exterior and interior of the aircraft are immaculate. The aircraft has been cleaned and waxed regularly.

There is no damage on the aircraft of any kind and the plane shows itself as a superior plane in terms of quality and appearance amongst aircraft of similar age.

A Hot Section was performed at 789 hours due to an overtemp, engine was removed and sent to Pratt and Whitney, no further action required at this time.

Engine now has 60 hours since Hot Section and Light Overhaul performed by Pratt and Whitney, West Virginia.

The avionics have been upgraded to the same level as the 2007 TBM-850 panel, with GMX-200, WAAS and Roll Steering. All work performed was done strictly in accordance with the Socata drawings and has performed flawlessly since installation.

The aircraft will be delivered with a Fresh Service Center Annual, all airworthiness and mandatory service bulletins were be done at the time of delivery.
