For a time in the 80s, Great Lakes airplanes were produced in Georgia. Thisairplane was the last built there, and is presently owned by the former factoryowner. He recently commissioned Rare Aircraft Ltd to do a ground up IRAN, withnothing left to chance. Absolutely everything from nose to tailwheel is eithernew or to new standards.
