Cockpit Glare Shield re-covered with Black Grospoint material and the Crash Pad recovered in Black Leather with Leather Pencil Holders installed on the underside of the Glare Shield. New patterned wool carpet in cockpit area, pedestal side panels, baggage pit, and cabin floor. Control columns sanded, primed, and painted. New leather control column boots fabricated and installed for microphones. Cockpit seats covered with Marion Sheepskin. All cabin chairs and divan seat covered with Garrett Leather Distressed Pecan (Bomber Jacket Leather). Drink rails and lower sidewall covered with Garrett’s textured leather Mystique Chardonnay. Custom plating in “Rose Gold”. Fire Blocked IAW 25.853. All cabin chairs, cockpit chairs, divan and lavatory seat belts and harnesses rewebbed by C&M Marine to comply with TSO C-22F. Enflite game tables installed within custom built enclosures. Bulkheads, cabinets, and game tables covered with Oak Burl wood veneer. Monogram flushable toilet installed. Fabricated and installed two new game table assemblies’ with Enflite slide mounts. Fabricated and installed new single line window panels and installed Lou Martin custom window shades. Headliner and window line panels were covered with Tapis Tapisuede in Parchment. New overhead cabin lighting, air gaspers, and oxygen boxes installed. Inspection Status: Heavy inspection items were completed in 2006 during the Best Jet Silver Edition Conversion. Items completed at that time were the 12,000 hr inspection, 12 year inspection, landing gear overhaul, cable changes, and upgrade to braided hydraulic hoses. In December of 2008 the aircraft completed the A1-6 Phase 300 hr inspection, D1-6 Phase 2400 hr inspections, Complied with 12 Month/300 hr RVSM Inspection, FAR 91.207 ELT inspection, 300/600 Dee Howard Thrust Reverser Inspection, 1200 hr Cabin Pressurization test, 1200 hr Flap Nose Roller Bushing Replacement, and installed new fire bottle squibs. All cabin windows were replaced with new windows. King AeroSpace touched up all paint areas after the window installation.
