This privately owned Piper 140 - 160 HP Conversion is very impressive to look at in its hangar. Paint is in excellent condition. Has a high gloss (Dupont Imron Paint) with hardly a chip in the paint. Newly re-done (2008) seats with new foam and sewn-in sheepskin on the pilot & Co-pilot seats. Very comfortable to sit in. ! I reviewed the log books and they are complete since new in 1967. I can fax you copies should you request it. The engine is a new Lycoming with the Pen Yan STC for the 160 HP Conversion. It is NOT an Overhaul. The 160 Hp = Increased Performance !
