General Comments: Reason for sale - Same owner for 29 years, lost medical. This has been a comfortable, long range, economical airplane. The original Piper Comanche Owner's Handbook lists the performance as:
Cruising Range 1120 miles (75% power at 7000 ft.) with 86 of the 90 gallons usable fuel.
Cruising Range 1205 miles (65% power at 10,800 ft.)
Cruising Range 1265 miles (55% power at 15,400 ft.)
Normal cruising airspeeds were from 168 to 190 MPH, with a maneuvering speed of 144 MPH.
