REMARKS

Pride of ownership obvious in this beautiful Lance. A Piper Distributor demo for 2 years when new, original
owner purchased N54SS approximately 1980. That owner, a retired Military Officer, owner flew till approx
1993, selling only because he lost his medical certificate. Then purchased by current owner. Only 2 or 3
owners since new, depending on whether you want to count the original Piper Distributor.
Hangared since new by all owners, pictures show condition, just as nice in person. Always operated from
paved airports. Current owner reluctantly selling to make way for new Matrix purchase.
Always operated at conservative power settings. Recent engine overhaul performed only because alternator
mounting tab broke on engine case, necessitating tear-down. The engine was running fine, but I chose to do
a complete overhaul with Magnum upgrades, instead of just a straight repair. The job was worth the cost, as
performance is dramatically improved, and everyone comments on the engine smoothness.

Dave is known as "Mr. Mooney", as even the Mooney company sends the tough ones to him. Dave does not
have a reputation for economy annuals, but when you tell the shop doing the pre-buy who has been doing the
maintenance, they'll advise nothing is wrong with the ship.
