This is a Classic. Has all original gear doors and systems, all in very good working order. New right saddle was installed on 5/11/2012. New Concorde RG35AXC was installed April of 2017. All ADs researched and in compliance at this time. All Logs, 337s and AD Listing's digitally available. Aircraft being sold by family because of death of owner in April of 2017.
Low time Aircraft that has a very sound airframe. Have all airframe logs including original Cessna log from 1960.
Continental IO-470-E, S/N 77100-9-E. Time Since Major Overhaul is 874.2. Engine was Overhauled by Kal-Aero from Kalamazoo, MI in December of 1978. Engine tear down for cracked case was done in April of 2001 and extensive work was completed. Prop Strike Inspection was completed in August of 2009. Has channel chrome cylinders with all good compression's. Cam was inspected I/A/W Continental Service Bulletin in May 2015 and six lifters were replaced. Also installed twelve new spark plugs. Overhauled exhaust installed in December of 2012. Overhauled right collector and risers installed in July of 2015.
McCauley D2A34C49-NP, S/N 776570. Total Time Since Major Overhaul is 96.1. Prop was Overhauled and installed in April of 2008 by Precision Propeller Service in Boise, Idaho.
KLN94 GPS, KX155 & KI209 VOR/LOC, KMA20 Audio Panel.
All foam filled elevators and elevator trim tab have been replaced with non-foam filled components. Aircraft weighed in June of 2012. Current useful load 1,028.7 lbs. Bendix/King KLN94 GPs installed in September of 2012. LP Aero Plastics Single Piece Windshield installed in April of 1997. Monarck Air & Development Fuel Caps installed per STC SA2377CE in June of 1996. KX155 and KI209 VOR/LOC installed in June if 1996. Installed Brackett Air Filter in October of 1994. Cleveland Wheels and Brake Conversion Kit P/N 199-60 installed in January of 1987.
