The exterior is professionally painted in overall poly white with green and orange trim, very clean with great first impression, a 12 on the 10 scale considering the age.

Original and hard to describe cloth pattern but looks good and color coordinated with exterior, shows minor wear on front seats everything else, sides, carpet, trim, headliner, glass all in very good condition (see picture).

Opinion include: Tip Tanks, Gami injectors, Tinted windows, Speed windshield, Rosen visors, Deluxe yoke with all functions including electric trim, digital tach, vertical compass, New engine baffle kit, Improved cooling louvers, EDM7000 egt w/fuel flow computer. Strobe, no hail or corrosion in fact internal surfaces look like new. Way OVER 100K spent on recent improvements.

Remarks

Hard to find a better one at the price. Beech maintained until 2200 hours total time, top shelf local maintenance since, Indiana and Ohio plane always hangered. I owned this plane myself in the early 2000's and should have kept it.
The plane flies like a sports car drives, fast and fun.
