The aircraft had been in long term storage and donated to Andrews University for a tax break. Andrews has a complete aviation program for pilots, A&P school, and aviation business majors along with a full University program. The aviation programs have been in business for at least the thirty five years I have known them. They were a Cessna dealer and service center, are a certified repair station and school under the supervision of the FAA.
