Complete logs. No hail, No corrosion. No damage history. Nice well equipped C model Mooney with a good modern IFR panel. 9 gallons per hour at 140 Knots and an honest four seater. Go 40 kts faster than an equivalent 172 for $40,000 less. Complex but not high performance.
