Straight with no issues; only minor hail dimples on horizontal stabilizer. Complete strip and reseal of both tanks in 2016 and 2017. No leaks.
Engine rebuilt by Pacific Continental in 2013. Most recent annual (Oct) resulted in compression test of: #1-74/80,#2-75/80,#3-75/80,#4-75/80. Does not use oil and there are no leaks

No tears or serious issues. Looks good and will be serviceable for years.
Prop strike in 2012 due to gear collapsing during taxi test by FBO. Airframe repairs and engine install completed by Chandler Aviation (an authorized Mooney repair station). Wing leveler in place but disconnected.
