Summary

All logs available since new. Logs are scanned and ready to send for review.

Purchased this plane from owner/builder in Shreveport Louisiana April 2024. Maintained
with an open checkbook with plenty of great upgrades. Only reason I am selling is because I
purchased an RV8. Engine TT 1,170 since NEW from Lycoming. Full IFR, she flies autopilot
coupled approaches like a dream.

Pitot static/IFR cert, Transponder check, and ELT battery underway. 2025 condition
inspection was completed in April. I spent over $14k including elective maintenance and
upgrades. “Almost a 14” seat mod makes this plane the ultimate comfortable XC machine
for the money. Freshly overhauled fuel servo. I planned on spending this money to set her
up for long term ownership, but fell in love with tailwheel and flying upside down.

Consistent oil analysis, compressions all 78+. Just replaced Emag ignition harnesses and
upgraded to iridium spark plugs. She flies 145KTAS while LOP (6,000’ - 2,300 rpm) burning
about 6.5-6.8 gal/hr. Flies hands-off, straight & true
